In-Person Parties and Events
At LBFE, we never miss a chance to celebrate together! Throughout the year, we host in-person events for birthdays, special occasions, holidays and more! In order to welcome our LBFE older adults to these events, we rely on volunteers. LBFE volunteers help onsite and accompany older adults to the event, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey to the event, and companionship throughout. On-site Help
Are you a great hostess or host? The life of the party? We need your help to create memorable celebrations for up to 100 older adults and their accompanying volunteers! Onsite volunteers help prepare our Party Room with festive decorations and table settings for luncheons and holiday and birthday parties, greet arriving guests, serve food, clean up, and create a warm and social environment. 6 hours
