LBFE’s inaugural End Loneliness Symposium in 2019 was a great success. Our Symposium returns in-person and virtually in 2023, with experts from LBFE and the field of aging to explore how creative expression and engagement can alleviate elder loneliness and isolation.

Featured speakers include:

Anne Basting, PhD

Founder, TimeSlips.org / Author of Creative Care / 2016 MacArthur Fellow

Neenah Ellis

Author of If I Live to Be 100: Lessons from the Centenarians / Former Staff Producer, NPR’s All Things Considered

Jeremy Nobel, MD, MPH

President & Founder
The Foundation for Art & Healing / The Aging UnLonely Initiative
