Located on five acres of wide-open green space in Batavia, IL, Audrey’s House is Little Brothers’ Year-round Program and Vacation Center. Since its grand opening in 2014, more than 1,400 elders have enjoyed a day trip, overnight stay, or three-night, four-day vacation.
For the well-being of our elders and community of volunteers and staff, we weren’t able to gather at Audrey’s House this year. But our volunteers are still helping our elders create new, happy summer memories, bringing celebration, conversation and friendship during Slice of Summer deliveries.
Here’s a look back over the years at Audrey’s House, where we hope to serve even more seniors in Kane and DuPage Counties in the coming years.

Former Board members Susan Ciucci (left) and Marilyn Hennessy cut the grand opening ribbon. Audrey’s House is named in memory of elder Audrey Chesner, whose bequest supports what was her favorite activity: elders vacationing with friends.

Spacious and comfortable, Audrey’s House is a home away from home for elders. Feeling relaxed and at ease helps elders connect and make friendships.
